Two interesting deliveries in the past few months. You might be interested or know of someone....
Steve Trauger (Kenton County Parks), in his World's Biggest shipment, received several white SOLS (Sirius Orion Long Straight) in 150 weight.
Dan, in his last shipment from Millennium, got several PINK SJLS (Sirius J Long Straight), also in 150 weight. I mean hurt your eyes PINK.
From the Millennium web site:
The Orion LS will stay straight and long for all but the strongest throwers. When you absolutely need more distance on your drive, trust the Orion LS. Especially in Sirius plastic. Made with serious golfers in mind.
The JLS started in the summer of 1999 as an experimental run of 2000 discs. Immediately players realized that we had reached a new level in driver technology. Incredibly, the JLS flies farther and straighter than even the legendary LS. And it's got an extra measure of durability.
Not from the Millennium web site:
The LS referred to in the previous paragraph is the Polaris LS. The OLS and JLS are fine down-the-line drivers. The small high speed turn and low speed fade create a very straight and accruate drive.
Finally. IFFFFFF you are a fan of the Omega SS. The newest version (1.22) is worth checking out. This putter is grippier (is that a word) than the previous versions and MAYBE a touch firmer. So far, I can't tell that it putts for throws any differently. There are others better qualified to make that evaluation.
