Stopped in for a quickie lunch break round at Winton yesterday only to find about 6 or 7 of the baskets have had the rings that hold chains at bottom removed (im assuming by some dumbass westside kids).  I know most of the people reading this dont play there but LOTS of people do.  Who should be contacted to report / repair them? Anyone know of a good site with target specs on them .. if the parks wont repair em ill head to home depot, get some rings, and do it myself.
