Does anybody know why Brad Hammock is on two-year probation. Or Dave Mellin from FLA is suspended for 10 years!!?? Just curious check it out- http://www.pdga.com/org/disciplinary_actions.php

Probably due to his overall behavior at multiple tournaments. His actions at the worlds last year was the icing on the cake that got him the probation. He is a bad sportman, and can't take losing. Mellin for stealing money probably.

Looks like Brad's just started on 6-15-07. Maybe look and see what tourney was that weekend. Then go from there??????????

Speculation: Brad H. was a very bad boy at one of the biggies last year (the Worlds?). Kicked the s**t out of a rock landmark that was part of the course, out of anger. Probably probation only because it was a fit of golf rage (is that a term?), and nothing dishonest or unethical. :banghead :bonkhead :fight
Plus what Matt said about multiple infractions-- Otherwise known as the "Cam Todd Syndrome".
6-15-07 is probably when they finally put the smackdown on him.

Wow, it is so true what Joel said those that aren't inforcing the rules(when they observe an infraction)are breaking it themselves-glad there are no Brad's around here. I do know that any player at the Majors can request a certified official accompany a group if it is warranted. Time to get certified. Along with that it is important to watch others in your group during a tournament-are they using proper stance behind the mini, are they falling when the putt, and are they being discurteous. It only helps us when we go travelling to bigger tournaments if we can practice calling the rules with friends.

I played a round with Brad Hammock in Florida at the Triple Crown around 93 or 94 and he was a prick then so I guess things haven't changed.
