Congratulations to Bob Herbert for winning the Pro Masters division for the second year in a row (edging out Pete Caldwell) by one stroke. Also congrats to winners: H.B. Clark (Pro Grandmasters) , Alan Clore (Adv. Grandmaster - Alan won a playoff vs. Hans Multhopp), and Karen Farrell (Adv. Way to pull the Masters out Freddy never seen so many 4 digit PDGA numbers. World probably gets more but you probably got the higher percentage. Lotta guys I've never met in my days.

The Masters at Idlewild will be held on June 14 and 15, 2008. Masters aged players only, Pro and AM. 2 rounds on Saturday and 1 round on Sunday. Sponsored by Edgewood Electric, Boone County Parks, The Equalizer and more to come. Ball golf disc golf challenge on Friday June 13th. Masters aged players only.

I hope the ball golf challenge isn't masters only. Thats a cool little event but unless you're up against Arnold Palmer and Sam Snead, you're gonna need some young guys to take that one.

I had to work last year but I'll try and make a point of checking it out. It would be nice to follow the action in a cart with a bucket of beers.

Masters at Idlewild will only be one day this year. Saturday June 14, 2008, due mainly to my injury and also so some of the masters players can go to Circus City Open in Peru Indiana for the pro tourney on Sunday June 15.
Ball golf vs disc golf is still on for Friday June 13 at Boone Links.
