I read about the plans for this on the Dayton site, and I just wanted to know if anyone from Cincinnati could verify the details. There will be sign ups at Monroe before 9:30, a round at Monroe, followed by a second round at Turtlecreek?

I would hope that they would start at Monroe considering all the ballgames, etc. Otherwise, it will be tough to drive over in the afternoon and find parking.

Sign up is at Monroe-if, I said if, there is too large a field it will be split with half playing Turtle first and the other Monroe first.

The reporter from the Journal News - Dan Gedney and a photographer will be at the CCS this Saturday - the photographer will most likely be at Monroe in the morning and Dan will be coming to the awards ceremony to get the recap and quotes, etc - the story will be on the FRONT page of the Monroe paper and will also be highlighted in the Sports section - so get cleaned up and come on out!!!!

Sorry I missed this one folks, how did it go? I was at the Greek Festival in Finneytown with my family-my daughters were dancers in the event.

You can see a handful of pictures if you go to www.middletownjournal.com - towards the lower half of the page-on the right hand side.

I'll have the scores up later tonight. Here's the top finishes for now:
Adv Masters: Gary Pettigrew Open Women: Liz Shooner Amateur Women: Rebecca Cox Intermediate Men: Eric Terranova Advanced Men: Dan Hollingshead Open Masters: Ken Stultz Open: Dave Cox
For the sake of our points series, I'll fix up what would have happened if we'd had all our normal GCFDA divisions for the final scores.

I walked off without getting my bag tag. Does anyone have it?

Scores are up on the Results page.
Since Dayton doesn't use as many division as we do, I reassigned players and places according to what division they would have normally played based on their previous 2008 tournaments. That way the points series is not screwed up. This comes into play for Grandmasters, Advanced Grandmasters, Advanced Masters, and Novice Women who had to play in a different division on Saturday.
For those that want to see how it actually turned out using the Dayton style of divisions that we played, see the attached spreadsheet.
I'll get the series results up as soon as I can. File Attachment(s):
MonroeTurtlecreek2008.xls (29kb) downloaded 68 time(s).

I'm fairly sure Jeff Eades has them.
