Okay, it's that time again ladies to start thinking about the women's league. I need to hear from anyone interested about the format, day of the week, time, etc.
The past two years we have done the ladies league on Monday nights because there is some other disc golf event conflicting with all the other days of the week. We've also rotated the courses each week between - Boone, Woodland Mound and Harbin, so to try and get as many participants from all over the tri-state.
So, I need to know if this is still the format you like or you have any other suggestions, etc. I'd like to resume the leagues beginning in May, I hope to hear from some of you out there! Guys - get your daughters/wives/girlfriends/moms/whoever to come out to ladies league, it's very casual and non-competitive, we have a great time.

I talked to Angie about this...trying to get her into it a lil more. Do you mind shooting her an email about the when and where? I'm sure she'd be willing to jump in. Is this something you intend on bringing up in the meeting next Monday?

Okay, I did a flyer for the Women's League, we will start on Monday, May 5th - at Harbin - the flyer only has the schedule through the end of June, b/c I ran out of room, we usually go through September. Pass them out, spread the word, let's get more ladies playing! File Attachment(s):

Okay - tonight will be our first ladies league - 6:00 pm @ Harbin, hope to see some ladies out there, the weather should be really nice for us.

Tonight - weather is looking pretty bad - good chance of showers - so - we will resume the Ladies League in June (off for Memorial Day next week) - see you then!

What a great night for some ladies league last night! Rachel Page - deserves an award, she is due with her first child on Friday - that's 3 days from today - she played the entire round, we had a great time! I'm going to try and attach a picture. File Attachment(s):

I won't be at ladies league tonight due to the GCFDA meeting - but if anyone can take the heat, head on out to Boone. I'll be back at Woodland next week.

Tonight is scheduled for Boone, not sure what the weather will be doing, if it's thunderstorms - we'll cancel this week, if it's nice around 6, I'll be out there, see ya!

Tonight - I think I'm going to cancel ladies league at Harbin - with playing yesterday - I need a day off - and we'll be off for Labor Day next week, so we'll resume on 9/8 @ Boone, see ya!

Okay - well, I hate to be a disappointment - but I have plans tonight that will conflict with Ladies League - and next week - I'll be on my way back from Women's Nationals, it's a 7+ hour drive and I'm worried I won't be back into town in time for next week. So, I'm thinking of prematurely ending Ladies League for this year, unfortunately, our numbers haven't been that big anyway, so I'm hoping no one will be too disappointed.
