I opened a can of corn today and imprinted on the top was: "Best consumed on or before December 20th, 2012"....you know who had lots of corn? Mayans... I wonder if I'll be able to eat the other can of corn with the same date in my pantry on December 21st, 2012?...or even December 22nd, 2012...I think I'll put it away and save it.
