The Kentucky Deaf Disc Golf club has reserved Idlewild for the same day that we had planned our course challenge there. Therefore we are going to move it back a week to June 26th. Please spread the word of this change. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We will be setting up a tent at Hole #1 like we did last year for check in. O.B. will be very similar to the Disc N Dat Blue Grass Open. We are looking at Short tees/pins the first round and Long tees/pins the second round...HOWEVER...if for some reason the weather is completely crappy due to heavy rain...or it's like 110F with 99% humidity...look for a second round from the shorts also. The weather forecast is 91F, partly cloudy with a gentle breeze....so bring plenty of fluids for round #2.
Hydration: If you could...carry some extra water/Gatoraid for the people you may be playing against. You never know when a simple act of kindness can save someones life.

If someone can come up with a large cooler, or container, I can come up with plenty of ice. I would be willing to donate a couple of cases of water. If 1 or 2 other people kick in some water we would be fine. Maybe we could place it somewhere near the mid point of the course, like #10's tee. That isn't too far from the parking lot. Just reply back and let me know if you are interested.

It's a done deal then. I'll bring lots of ice and 3 cases water to the signup on Saturday.

I have 2 large water jugs you can use. I'll get them to lee on thursday. Lee send me a text reminder along with the reminder for the bow saw. It's tough getting old.

Ok, I may come out of hiding for this one. I need help with the house payment, so Liz if you're listening bring $2.

Scores are up. And the bug with the results view not opening to the full height should be fixed. Let me know if not.

Thanks Dan for the timely upload of the scores....as well as doing some great work with the stats pages themselves.
I would like to thank everyone who helped today make it a great day of disc golf. Mike, Tony, Steve...thanks for helping with signups and board cards...couldn't of done it without you. I would love to thank everyone that brought water and ice...it was a hot one today and the hydration was much appreciated by everyone. Without the water someone could have had a serious heat related issue and marred the event with a trip to the hospital.
I would like to thank Dave Marlow for being the silent hand that guides us through these CCS events. Things only run smoothly because of his hard work and dedication to the club and our sport. The way the TD box is setup is like a Tournament in a Box...quick setup...add players and you are ready for a great day. If you've ever wanted to run a CCS event but have been scared..don't be...Dave has it set up to where even an idiot like me can run things. Dave..once again..thank you.
And thanks to everyone that showed up...hit some trees...and had a great day in the park.
