Moraga Park near San Francisco, 9 hole, very hilly, and nice mountain backdrop since it's in sanfran.
Barfield-Crescent dgc in Murfeesboro TN. Very nice course, similar to Turtlecreek with an open front 9, tight wooded back 9 that opens to finish on a long 18th.
Ken Sims park, east side of Cleveland - right on the lake. Pretty nice.
Some Blue Heron course in Norwalk OH. Very nice course but no teepad signs. Didn't get to play the whole thing.

I just got back from Kansas City, and they do there courses right.
I played Legacy, Wilbur Young, Blue Valley, Water Works, Rosedale (Down Under), and Swope.
Every hole at every course had at least three seperate pin placements. Every Hole! Some had five or six.
I would recommend to anyone who think that they are any good and think they can throw far to go to Blue Valley. The shortest hole we played was 410 ft, and at least five holes were between 800 and 1100 ft. One hole was 510 ft straight up hill, and a par 3. The tee pads are all big enough to park a car on it, some two cars. The most demanding course I have ever played. It takes at least two hours, more like three if you play with others. It was unbelievable. Truly world class.
