Because hole 15 wasn't hard enough simply being 1011ft, we've decided to make the baseball fields out of bounds as well. This will be in effect for the Seviren Lang Memorial. If we can get it marked permanently, it could be a new addition to the course year round.
As you can see, the OB line goes from the corner of the parking lots to the end of the back stops of the baseball field and between the end of the two back stops.

This course is pretty cool. Ben Shooner, Gerry Stricker and I played it last weekend. It reminds me of Echo Valley up in Dayton. I won't be playing in the tournament - but it's worth the drive in case anyone's considering it.

I'm really glad you guys like the course.
It's been very popular here since the redesign around Thanksgiving so I'm expecting a pretty good turnout.

Registrations are rolling in. Today's the last day to mail it in so that it arrives in time. You can still pay via paypal up until Friday the 29th or at Tuesday leagues to avoid the $5 charge for paying the day of the tournament.

I have never drivin straight to Seviren, Always stop at a friends house (in lousiville) and they drive the rest but three hours is way off. It's probally closer to two, two and a half would be driving slow.

It does, I guess there are two Georgetowns in Indiana and Google is trying to take you to the wrong one.
The course is just outside of Louisville, KY. Google map it Edwardsville, IN rather than Georgetown and it'll take you to the correct place. 1hour 54 minutes from downtown Cincy. Here's a link to the course on DGCourseReview so you can get accurate directions: http://www.dgcoursereview.com/course.php?id=4276
Pay soon to reserve your spot and avoid the $5 fee for paying the day of the tournament. Registration is up to 40 people, weather looks good for the weekend, and registration is starting to come in fast now. We're capping the tournament at 90 players.
The course drains well and the forecast says there will be no rain after Wednesday, so the course should be looking pretty good on tournament day. Saturday is supposed to be partly cloudy with a high of 77.

Only 25 spots left until the tournament is full!
Lots of people have registered but haven't paid. Send the money via paypal, or you can pay at leagues tonight at Charlie Vettiner or Friday at Seviren Lang. Add $5 if you pay the day of the tournament.

Signs ins will be at shelter #3 at the back of the course, not in the barn when you first enter. If you haven't been to the course before, there's only one road that runs straight through the park and it dead ends there at the sign in shelter.
