Adam, any chance you can have the next meeting at fellow disc golfer Scott Schmidt's bar Crosleys in St. Bernard? He has a meeting room bigger than obriens.

I didn't know Scott owned that bar. It use to be a guy named Jerry.

Yea, he opened it in the spring. Pretty nice place. He has a mini basket and lots of other games. It is centrally located, 1 minute from 75.
I will be talking to Scott about some type of kick back from disc golfers that frequent his establishment towards local events. I think it would help his business and disc golf locally as well. I forgot to talk to Adam about it last time I saw him.

Scott's a long/old time golfer and his son is pretty good too. I use to go there a lot for lunch years ago. I'll have to stop by again.

Jerry, its his son that owns the bar. Scott Sr doesn't play anymore, as far as I know. Jr is a much better golfer than Sr was, although Sr had his moments.

Change of Date
Due to the Crosstown Shootout being next wed we have been asked to move to that Monday the 17th. Sorry for any inconvience this may cause.
Directions on their webpage here obryonsirishpub.com/ starts at 7pm, appetizers start around 6:30, as usual we will be upstairs.
We will have our election of officers for 2013, current nominees are; President - Adam Jones, Vice Pres - Andrew Miller, Secretarty - Tony Vincent, Treasurer -Pete & Karen Caldwell.
James Dillaman has recently been appointed our new Club Marketing Director
If anyone else is interested or willing to get more involved, we used to have many other positions such as CCS Coordinator, Course Pro's, Events Director, and more.

I can actually attend a meeting for a change. It is finally not on the last monday of the month. Will this trend continue or will Adam keep compaining only 4 officers show up to the meetings...

As of right now we are penciled in at Obryons for the first Mondays of each month for 2013. We are not certain yet if next Monday the 7th is available or if we will be using a different day just for January. I should have that info by later today. We will not use the last Mondays and the second Mondays are booked full already.
