Some trees have fallen down in various areas on the course so if anyone with a chainsaw could help me it would be appreciated. I will try to work on their time table so please PM me if you can help. I will be doing work on the course next Thursday starting at 6:00pm. As far as the tourney the course will be in excellent condition as long as the weather holds up for us.

Just a couple of notes: 1) save yourself and us some time in the morning on Saturday by pre-registering. 2) if you want to register and pay on Saturday, drop me a message via e-mail discndat@fuse.net - you'll still have to stand in line but it will save a few seconds as we can have a card made up for you. 3) the second round of the BOB2 will be a "CTP round" for each card - each hole is CTP and whoever on your card has the most CTP's at the end of the round will win the CTP. It won't be all on one CTP - makes each hole a little more fun, even for those who aren't cashing.

I will be at the Burg on Wednesday to clean up instead of Thursday. I will be there around 6:00PM so if anyone would like to help just show up. I will have a weed eater and some garbage bags. There is a chance of rain for Friday into early Saturday so we could use 2-3 ropes that we could use for the down hill hole. This would help with the speed of play for this hole. We could also use a rope for hole #8 so that the discs can be retrieved in a timely manner from the gully in front of the hole.

Worked on the course last night and it looks in real good shape. Eric helped with the weed eating and Robin helped with picking up garbage. Alman is going to put the OB lines down today and I am going to renumber the holes and put the Mando sign on hole #11 today. After that all we will need is for players to sign up. We still need 3-4 ropes (2-3 long and 1 shorter) to place on the steep hill and hole #8.

Hey Troy, had fun at doubles tonight (thanks Eric...er, Alex! ;) ... & wanted to let folks know about the sparkly rope helping with the first half of the rappel down the 'drop'. If anyone has another 100 feet of anything decent, it would sure help if we do get the expected rain tomorrow.

Perhaps I am blind, but I did not see times (registration, players meeting, tee-off) for the BoB2. Could you be so kind as to post the times here.  Thanks

If you want to get your name on the list and pay tomorrow, let myself or Troy know and we'll be ready for you in the morning. Troy and his gang have the course looking good for us and we'll have some more rope for the downhill hole in place tomorrow. Thanks to John Shengber for the rope and thanks to Alman for putting down the OB lines. Hole 8 will have OB lines and a drop zone; hole 17 will have the OB line by the ball field and over and along the tree line behind the basket ( so don't go long either).

If this tournament gets rained out, will it be posted anywhere before making the drive out?

Big thanks to Dan and Troy for putting on a great tournament. Thanks to John Shenberg (?) for bringing the ropes for the hill.

Thanks to everyone who came out and knew the rain would stop in time for us to have a great day of disc golf. Thanks to Troy, Jeremy, Rod and others who helped with setup, scores, etc. Big thanks to John Schengber for bringing the ropes for the hills - what a big help that was - and the pole to get our discs on Hole 7. And a super BIG THANKS to Brenda Ison for the lunch. We all enjoyed it.

Scores are up at www.pdga.com/tournament_results/107073/1202306893   - if you see any errors, let me know. I used a 56 par for Pros and Advanced Men; 55 for all other Am divisions. Holes 5 and 6 for Pros par 4; hole 6 for Ams par 4.

Alex - it's not me who has you as not current. I put your number in there and it comes up not current. Did you just recently sign up in the last week? Did you get an e-mail confirmation? If so, just forward that e-mail confirmation to me at discndat@fuse.net   Thanks - it may just take a little longer to show up.

As usual, after the tournament I have a few items that were left - a jacket, pretty nice one (let me know color, etc) and a Nati towel; if anyone knows whose they might be let them know they are here at the shop. I'm not going to keep them long though.
