Has anyone made their own disc golf backpack. i am looking at getting a bass pro fishing bag and converting it to become a disc golf bag. The fishing backpack is 30$ at bass pro and i already have a U divider. Does anyone have any other ideas that could make a good bag.

I saw the youtube video for the bass pro bag and i though that was a perfect bag. the bag is 30 dollars and i already have a fade tourney bag that is going bad. so i have the u divider. i was just seeing if there is anything cheaper out there or better quality. Thanks on the feed back.

that is true. i would love a grip bag but i can affort 252 dollars. i know they have the new salient bag for 120 but i think the best deal for a cheaper disc golfer is the bass pro bag for only 30 dollars. i am not a pro so i dont see any reason of forking out 100 to 300 dollars for a disc golf bag.

Cabelas bag is out of production. If the U insert does not work out for you check out my video on youtube (search for DIY Disc golf backpack) and you can pause it near the end where I have the dimensions needed to build a frame using PVC. My bag has had heavy use and still holds up nicely. Make sure to buy some flexi seal and spray the bottom of it ... it will help a bunch
