I just got word from Midge, since they have had problems lately with their physical well being, they have not had time to mow the course very well. They have asked me to ask you all to come out and help clear fallen limbs/sticks so they can continue clearing the holes for us. If we can't get it done prior to this Memorial day we will spend 2 hours that morning working on the course before we play the singles round. Please call Midge if you plan on coming out...thanks guys. I might try to help on Thursday....

Yes big thanks to Midge for allowing us to hold leagues there on 6/24. Thanks to Pete Bovat for setting it up. Haven't been up there for a couple of years and look forward to playing it again.

Is singles 1 division? My kids want to play and are hoping there is an amateur division.

Divisions for the singles round and doubles have been : Pro, advanced, intermediate and rec. so long as there is 3 or more willing to make a division. Have had a few kids come before...never know till that morning.

Update about directions from Midge, due to construction there is a detour...

127 to 7 Mile Deli, left on Ritter/Taylor School, rt. on Eaton. From the west side, Gardner to jog left on Beissinger, rt. on Gardner to rt. on Hogue, left on Eaton.
Or north on B St, which becomes Warwick. Warwick to rt. on Eaton.

Is the singles structured like a normal tournament or is it like Tuesday singles where you pick a group and go?

They usually do a quick players meeting to go over where the baskets are. Then kinda start like they would at a league night, groups on the holes around the house but no horns or two minute yell.

Course update from Midge: " There will be no open play for Paintball from Thanksgiving thru Feb. Likewise golf will be available by same day reservation weekends. We are having 2 for one rates through the end of the year. If there is interest, I will run a Doubles event Thanksgiving."
