Adam, if we have a large turnout again for the Harbin CCS tourney, please suggest using holes 14 thru 17 to accommodate 20 additional players?

Hi Bob, yes, as we did before, we will add the holes we normally cut out to handle more players.
Just a quick fyi for everyone:
Normal 18 plus the 6 temps(A-F) for 24 holes gives us a possible 120 players in groups of 5.
Each added hole increases round duration on average by @8 minutes. ex.: 24x8=192/60=3.2 hours.

Next Sunday we will be starting the 2017 Course Challenge Series. Over the winter we decided to make a few changes for this year.

First, to encourage some people to move to Open and other Pro divisions, we are making the pro payouts 45% instead of last years 40% which was increased from 33% the years prior.

Second, recreational will not have a series champion at the end of the year.

Third, If you are in a division and notice that you could have or should have been competing in a higher division, we will transfer up to three events scores to the new division. This way you can move without "missing" an event in the higher division.

Lastly, vouchers will now only be good for one year after date of issue. Tony will continue to honor older vouchers for this year so that you can get them turned in.

The CCS has always been something that we adjust and change to try to help grow the sport in the area. If you have questions about these adjustments, please talk to us (Just try not to when we are trying to add everything up between or after rounds.) You can contact us by email, PM, or give us a call.

Next CCS #3 is at Monroe and Turtlecreek on May 20th. Our SW Ohio Club Challenge event.
GCFDA's turn this year(payouts)Dayton did it last year. Both clubs will be helping run the show together.
Right now we are going to go ahead and plan to have two pools of players.
Check back often as we update the info, ironing out a few details and will have an update soon.
