Hey guys I'm new to the game and a poor college kid! Anyone know where I can get a cheap basket or maybe know how I can make my own?
Thanks

Maybe Keith Dailey will sell you one of his... The cheapest good one IMO is the DGA Mach Lite usu. around $150- it fits into a shoulder bag. The DGA M14 is $130 but it doesn't catch nearly as well and doesn't transport as easily. As far as making your own-good luck unless you have welding skills and a machine shop handy and free materials... if it was cheap and easy we'd all have our own baskets. Good Luck! Go to your nearest course is usually the cheapest route, just play every day!

Okay, if you're really desperate for a basket, you can get one for $60-$70 from Sam's club, i believe. The only thing is you have to find someone who is a member there to buy one, but that's the cheapest kind around. They have eighteen outer chains and don't catch too well. Expect some bounce outs on shots that would probably go in on a normal basket. All in all, it's a great basket to practice on because you know which shots would've stayed in during a real round, and it's the cheapest around. It's an Instep basket.

It comes with three discs too. I agree with the aforementioned quality, or lack thereof. Jeff Eades' wife will likely sell you a nice basket...cheap!!! Sorry Jeff
