OK EVERYONE, its time yet again for the Harbin Course Challenge. This year, as with past years, we would like to have the PIG layout. We will require 4 (yes 4) temporary baskets to play holes A,B,C,and D.
Please post here if you can bring one.
There will also be a CTP for a purple swirl, with all proceeds going to the PIG. $1 per throw OR $3 gets you 4 throws.
Hope to see everyone out there.
Cheers,
Brad and Fatty-J

So Harbin is going to be my first tournament ever and I'm new the this scene, so could someone please enlighten a newbie on what a CTP and a purple swirl are? HAHA. Thanks!

Closest To the Pin. AKA...let's all throw and the one in the basket gets the prize...because someone is going to ace it...maybe more than one. A swirl huh? I see Adam J throwing all day for that.

Not only Adam... I love my swirl too! And I will fight for it, especially if it is soft and beat up a little.

Also, the shelter that we normally have has been rented. We will meet in the area around hole 1 in the AM. We'll decide from there where the board will be etc. Can't wait to see everyone...

I agree "real" baskets would be better. Bring your lites anyway I would rather have ABC & D with ANY baskets as opposed to playing regular Harbin since the Pig is less than a month away.

We should have enough real baskets... Dave Marlow will bring 2, Dan will bring 1, and MikeK said that he would bring 1. But please bring yours just in case if it is not a lot of trouble.

Thanks to all who showed up on Saturday we had 87 players. Thanks also to all who helped out and brought baskets. Things got a little crazy in between rounds and during the 2nd round but most of it was unavoidable. I apologize for any invonvenience the back up on A caused. I hope all had fun anyways.

I would also like to say thanks to those that put on this event for everyone! This was my first course challenge and I really enjoyed it. Plan on playing in many more! And the temp holes were great. 2nd time around they killed me, but they changed up the pace of the course a little bit and they were a lot of fun. And regardless of the hold up with the casual players, you gotta give it to them for stickin in there lol. If I was there for a casual round I would not have waited! But although there was a hold up on A, 2nd round actually played about 40 minutes faster than the first round for me. But anyways, Thanks again!

Lee, you gonna play the Harbin course challenge? Your damn surge is haunting me. I've missed like every chance to get it back to you, and it's starting to drive me nuts. I can't keep having your disc sitting here at my house. Say that you're gonna be there so I can forget to bring it again. LOLZ!

I will be there...and if you forget the disc...I will be there Sunday as well....I'll most likely be there Friday too..since I need all the practice I can get. Generally, I get my butt stomped at Harbin. Something about no trees to hide the fact I can't throw far nor putt.
