I went up to DC last week and got a chance to throw some discs while I was there.........
Calvert Road Park is North of downtown in College Park..........................built in the 70's it is very short but lots of mature trees. Only two discs needed a putter and another putter.
Seneca State Park Nortwest of downtown............. GATES LOCKED AT 8:30 PM. Spoke with some locals at the course and they said the rangers are pretty much there like clockwork at 830 to lock up. So don't get there after 7 if ya wanna get a good round in. The course has 27 Holes with a good layout. Mostly through the woods like Banklick. And the deer of Airy!!!! worth a looksy if in the area
