I think that new users should be put on a 15-30 probationary period. I have noticed that if we are going to have a problem with someone it is in the first 15-30 days because they just join to vent or post something stupid like Dayton123. Just my opion on the matter. Let them know at the beginning that they are on probation and their posts will be watched closely.

Dayton123 has been deleted from the message board and his IP has been banned. Probation period or not, when you post something like he did, it's an automatic ban. Also, I deleted the topic he started. There's not much more I can do besides that. Depending on his Internet access he may or may not be back.

Big Brother watches all posts closely for his chance to pounce on the ninja edit, probation or not. I think it pretty much goes without saying we are all on probation and unless you agree with the sheeple masses you can be edited or flamed for saying anything .

Personally, I'm completely against censoring. But firstly, I would delete what this guy said just like I would delete spam. I couldn't define any meaning in it. It was just a list of racial slurs (all of them, with capslock no less). And secondly, this is not my private site, so the GCFDA makes the rules about what is allowed here, not me.
