Yes it is...I work in Mason, so you can swing by my office to pick it up. I'm at 7577 Central Park Blvd, Suite 111. Call ahead to my office 779-3100 to make sure we are there. Its either myself (Chris) or I will leave it at the front with my assitant Sondra.
