Exactly....this will be great...playing Harbin on a 75-80 degree day....WONDERFUL.

How about 30's and 40's? This is October after all.   I think I would rather play on a 90 degree day.

I'm not involved enough to know the how's and why's of the registration cutoff.  Maybe pre-ordered shirts going to the first whatever number of registrants only, and DGers do tend to plan only a couple weeks in advance.  With that said, I support Brad's integrity in sticking to his guns.

Rob- Yeah, we did kinda tell 'em so, didn't we?!?  Starting to become old and washed up IS what turning 40 is all about.  Welcome home, Pete, the Advils are on me. laugh....You're still one of the best in our neck of the woods.

Yes funny how age yields a change in perspective on why a player with Pete's skill set might support age-protected Pro divisions and not play Open.

Pete, you would be formidable in a wheelchair even on an ultimate field (especially on an ultimate field). But i appreciate you reasons and am sorry to hear the USDGC did not get your best.

Throwing 300 feet on flat ground with control consistantly is tough for me and I'm 6'3 208lbs.....maybe it has to do with the fact I've dislocated my shoulder and broke my are in 3 different places almost 2 decades ago....but if a one legged goat, with Lee on his back, and Moses's honey and milk can pitch it 300 feet I should be able to......what can a pro teach you in person that you can't learn from watching video?

so as of right now I might not be able to play. If that is the case I will have my pops get my players pack. I went to New England for the past few days and my wife picked up the swine flu so I have to play doctor and don't think I can convince her that me being gone for a day in a half is a good thing...hopefully she gets better before she gets worse. Freakin' sucks though

Just so everyone knows... We will meet at the stone shelter by the temp holes (A,B,C)...
This will allow us to take that space up and not worry about locals on the temp holes as much. The other shelter is reserved for us also but we will not be meeting there.

Yeah, folks you can buy termal underwear too. This is one of about ten Nor'easters we can expect this year with temps 25 degrees below normal. Should be the coldest and nastiest winter ever. Oh yeah, it isn't winter yet, it isn't winter yet, it isn't winter yet...

Brad, exmoney (I don't know his name) is interested in buying my spot and i told him that it was fine by me and he could just give my dad the money tomorrow and have my players pack. As long as that is alright with you. The wife seems a little better but I don't want to give any of you guys swine flu.

My boss isn't going to be at work tonight and I have to do his job....so it looks like I'll be playing tomorrow on ZERO sleep once again. Going to suck..but it won't be the first time I play in a tournament on no sleep. DFL HERE I COME!

C'mon Lee, you play with no sleep 90% of the time and I think you play better without sleep, so no DFL for you. As this will be my first PDGA tourney this year, I'll flip you for it.

Brad,
Thanks to you and everyone else who helped put on one heck of a tourney. Even though I couldn't throw worth a damn I still had a GREAT time.
