This little tournament keeps getting bigger. The Harbin Rat Classic is now a United States Amateur Disc Golf Championship Qualifier! The top 10% of the Advanced field (including ties) will qualify for the USADGC to be held June 15th-17th at the Toboggan course in Milford, Michigan. Check out the tournament at www.AmNationals.com

Adam, your picture is on the front page of AmNationals.com. Watch the slideshow. After they show all the past champions they do a rapid fire of 3 or 4 pics. "Fro-less" Pac-Man is in there!

When I saw this tourney, I got excited! Now, I'm not sure if I'm ready. I haven't played in a tourney in years. Should I play this one? Any help here would be hot.

Yep, you should play. The point of tournaments is to have fun & compete. If you think you can accomplish either of those things, play!

For the optimists out there: The tournament is half full.
For the pessimists: The tournament is half empty.
36 spots left.

What Nick said, I've learned that missing tourny's leaves me with regrets, I don't want any regrets, got too many already. More Tourny's ya play the more you get used to that play and get more comfortable, and confident. Ciya there bud.
I just wished that more people would actually include their true identity in their profiles so everyone could know who it is. So many don't have the cohones or just plain common decency and have to hide behind their user names. Would solve a few problems we've had. Not that those that don't are evil or anything but what's wrong with accountability.

PDGA only shows 71...
Having a full tournament two weeks in advance is a real blessing. A lot of the work you'd have to do Sunday morning and afternoon, you can do in advance. We're looking forward to it.
Saturday the 14th we were thinking of playing the course early, before the unsanctioned thing starts, and then maybe checking out another course or two. We've never played in Cincinnati before. My travelling crew are women rated 910, 840 and 820, more or less. They like short courses with elevation and woods.

It will soon show 73. There was a flurry at the end, with 3 people & 2 spots open. Mass confusion & all three had a legitimate case for a spot. I thought about not playing so they could, but decided I didn't need to be the one who was ousted. Sorry if this upsets anyone.
Monroe would fit your description. Banklick (recently renamed Lincoln Ridge) is even better.
Filling two weeks out is huge! I'm anal retentive when it comes to planning and this will only make it easier. Expect some new touches to the Nick Engle method of event management.
