How does the double elimination match play work? I'm considering coming up to play Sat.

From what I remember, it's head to head match play (you either win, lose, or tie each hole), and you keep proceding in the tourney until you lose 2 matches. If you lose your 1st match, you're sent to the loser's bracket, etc. You end up playing several rounds, but it goes really quick...a unique format, totally different than stroke play.

Sounds fun! Do you draw for a teammate or bring your own?

thanks,

no partners, it is seeded (randomly) like an NCAA basketball tourney, the winner will be the only person who doesn't lose twice
