For this event will there be little league or soccer games going on? I have somewhat adopted this as my home course and lately its hard to play 10, 21-24. Also will there be pics of the disc and/or a registration list on the website?
What are you responsible for as a hole sponsor?

We hope there will be no soccer/baseball but can't make any promises at this point. The city is always very accommodating to us and it's been on their calendar for a while. We even paid a park use fee for the first time this year. ...also we put amando on 10 so hitting a car on that hole won't be an issue.
The stamp is the pic in the upper left hand corner of the website. The discs won't be here for a while.
Hole sponsors have no responsibility. For a minimum of $20 you'll receive a disc & your name on a laminated sign on the hole of your choice.

$60 per am team. Advanced, Intermediate, and Recreational divisions available.
My payout philosophy (copied from the Harbin Rat thread, but still holds true):
Payout is determined by this formula: Entry fee - player pack + added prizes = total payout for each division. It's then broken down over the top half of each division, with 1st getting more than last "cash". Prizes will be added to ALL divisions. Advanced divisions will receive much more than Intermediate divisions, which will receive much more than recreational divisions. (I'll also add that the Open division will receive a generous amount of added CASH.)
