What a blast. I had a lot of fun for my first challenge. Lots of cool people. Thanks to everyone who brought the baskets out and all the people involved in setting this up.

Once Again I want to thank everyone that came out. It was great! We had 85 people sign up. With 20 holes it was mostly groups of 4 and the flow was smooth, even with the cross country meet in the morning. Had fun, hope you did too. See everyone at Turtlecreek.

Good Times! Thanks to all who worked on getting the course together, it was a unique experience.
You guys/gals also did a great job putting the teepads close to shade
And as for the female cross-country team....no complaints here!

Since Dan has updated the Results page. I can say that I have uploaded a few pictures of the day on the Gallery Page. I know I am not the only one with a camera that was out there(Dan...). Lets show those that did not get to join us, what kind of day it was.

Yeah, I took a crap load of pictures. Unfortunately I had a bad ISO setting on my camera, and all the pictures came out grainy looking. So to all the people I worked with my picture taking, sorry, it was all for nothing!

I received a Thank You card today in the mail from the Mother of Mercy Cross Country Team. It said: Thanks for sharing the park with us on Saturday! Hope your tournament went well! It was signed by all the girls on the team - one even said "Sorry for getting in your way" Lainie S.
Extremely nice gesture - made me smile - so I thought I would pass it along.

Good idea, Mike. The coach of Mercy was one of the guys setting up their course. He said they do a Disc Golf unit for P.E.(at Airy or Winton Woods)- perhaps we(as a club) could provide some additional instruction when they do that unit.
