Due to unforeseen circumtances both Pete and myself are going to be out of town on night of our next scheduled GCFDA club meeting April 12th. Therefore the meeting has been pushed back a week to April 19th. The meeting place, Meckleburgs, and times are the same. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I will not be attending the club meeting tonight but wanted to bring up a couple of things for discussion.

1. Since the club only meets once every two months is it possible to get the club officers to make decisions via this website on issues that need immediate attention? Making it an executive decision.

2. I have not received payment for galvanizing the baskets at Mt Airy. The work was done in February, brrrr and I mailed the invoice to Pete on March 8. Maybe that's something the officers could vote on(approving invoices to be paid).

3. Also maybe you could have a course improvement budget for the year and put someone trustworthy(not me) in charge of it, like Adam. And that person could allocate funds to courses that need the most work. A lot of courses are in disrepair.

4. Drew Miller(RH) bought mulch out of his own pocket before the course challenge at Pride Park. Just wanted this to be a reminder in case no one brings it up at the meeting.
