Hi everyone:
A newbie here. I would like to try the game as an activity my teenage son and I can do together. I would appreciate any input from all of you on the best way to get started. Is there anybody in the area that gives lessons? Are there any clinics for beginners? I think we both have a better chance of being commited to the game if we learn it the right way from an experienced player.

For sure! There are free clinics on mondays at diferent couses around the city, but you may want to send a message to dave cox(2timer on this site, two time world putting champ) he gives lessons.

also www.discraft.com has many awesome videos (they just added a new one for beginners) that will help!
