Williamsburg is just too far away for what you get. I was thinking we should turn that course into a horse riding destination. Put in a couple corrals and a few trails and you've got yourself a winner. Its time for the club to diversify its portfolio. Buying a couple dozen horses might be the shot in the arm that area needs.
I'm not much of a grass mower but I do like to feet horses from the palms of my hands.

Williamsburg is quite a good course. I will never get over this idea that any course in the Nati area is "far" away. It takes 50 minutes for me to get to AJ Jolly- the farthest from me.
I do like the horse idea...perhaps a skunk petting zoo as well.

john i'm just looking to add to the discourse of the disc course. That being said, it would be a good place for a petting zoo.
I would make the same complaint avout jolly too by the way.

Lol, driving 50 minutes to get to a disc golf course is too much? It is only a 20 minute drive for me.
Whitewater or heritage are a 50+ minute haul to get to, but at least we respect the locals who support those courses...

If it's on the Cincinnati Disc Golf page, it's not too far away to drive. The beauty of playing in our area is that you can play a different course every week and not repeat the same course for months and months.

Im with Surge on this one, we have alot of courses around the area and I dont mind a lil travel. All under an hr away. At least we are in an area that we can say that. Think we are pretty lucky if you ask me.

As a disc golf city we are pretty frickn spoiled. Way to many people take the fact we have so many courses for granted. Stop complaining, shut up and go throw some plastic.
Better yet, get involved and give back to the sport that has given you so much.
