Sniffle, I'm going away for Thanksgiving- I love Cabin Creek! The paintball obstecles only add to the course IMO with the exception of one and I'm pretty sure that has been removed by now. Have fun, folks!

A huge thanks to the Erkenbreckers for having us again. And wow you should c the trees. A lot of work has gone into the course this fall. Looks as good as has in years. Hope to see some old timers there. I think it means a lot to midge and bill to see disc flying in there neck of woods again

Yea, the GCFDA site had it posted about Cabin Creek, but the DDGA site didn't. So I asked about it, and I let the cat out of the bag earlier than what they was wanting. :( I'm guessing I made some enemies with the DDGA and didn't mean to! Either way, I'm wanting to play in this, but I'm going to know weather or not to start looking for a partner.

Ken, don't worry about the slip up. You seem like a nice enough guy, if anyone is pissed at you they'll get over it. I'm not sure why any one wouldn't want free advertisement about their event. I plan on being there.

Midge also wanted everyone else to know that open play will be possible on Thanksgiving Day for those who don't want to participate in a larger event. They must call in advance, 726-1048, and pay the $5 fee.

Yo, Chris. My partner may not be able to get off work for this. If he can't play I'd love to have you as my partner in the Advanced division.

I pulled this off their site.
Take I-275 to ST RT 127 (Hamilton Ave.) and go North on 127 until you reach Hamilton. At the McDonalds you will turn left onto High St. and cross the Great Miami River. You will then be on Main St. Go through town and at the last light make a right onto Eaton Ave. (there will be a hospital sign pointing right) Eaton Ave. turns into Eaton Rd once you get out of town. Follow Eaton for approximately 6.3 miles. We will be located on the left-hand side of the road. There is a small sign that says Cabin Creek on it, but it sits back off the road. Look for the address 4117 and a big orange mailbox. Turn left and follow the driveway 1/3 of a mile back to the field.

An easy way to get there. Take Rt 127 north, Hamilton Ave (Pleasant Ave in Butler Cty) until you get to the town of Seven Mile. Take a left at the intersection,(Ritter St or W Taylor School Rd) go to Eaton Rd (1st stop sign) Turn right and it's a mile up the road on the left.

I want to thank the Erkenbreckers for allowing everyone to play today and also everyone that had a chance to play.
Sorry I wasn't there to share in the fun time at a great course
I guess I didn't have to put everyone through one of my patented long winded players meetings
