Is there goin to be a final nine?

Sorry Gary, we will not be adding a final nine.

I believe the Flying Pig Open in October will have one.

@Brad...Thank you for the kind words bud, I very much appreciate the sentiment.

@Troy...Should I? Kinda like the VP position. Andrew is doing great as our Pres and like to see us repeat again next year to continue the progress.

I have decided on altering 3 holes to a shorter pin location to lower the course SSA for this event on holes 7,8,and 9. I know many have varying opinions on these but this is the way I need it to run in the parameters set for the event.

32 preregistered so far and growing....here is the link to the Results page.

Only today and tommorrow left to decide,...All registration is closed at 8pm August 18th/ tomorrow night.

I am working on having Joe Metzler do Video of the event to produce a awesome Tournament DVD for us.

Cory Swan has been doing dinners for the Ace fund and asked if he could do the same for this event. He should be providing lunches and possibly dinner aswell on Saturday.

Jeff Eades will be our Host of ceremonies with a Ring of Fire before awards on Sunday, we may also do a tug of war....debatable.

First 40 amatuers to sign up will recieve a PDGA provided players pack which is covered by the $15 portion that goes to the PDGA.  In case anyone doesn't understand the Open entry portion for the Global will be payed out but the Am portion just covers the players packs.

Click HERE for registration and click HERE for a view of the Flyer on the events tab.

Hole sponsors for the event are $50(goes toward tournament costs and payouts)...and CFR DIscs are available for $25 and can be found at the Nati Pro shop (all proceeds go to the course).

Almost done with course work in preparation for this event. Still have mulch to spread and more clearing on old holes 7 and 8.
Course is in the layout for the tournament, practice when you can.

Thanks to all that have helped and donated time or money to the course and the event.  Gonna be a great weekend.
I am looking for someone to be able to skype or send in live scoring to the PDGA and DIscgolfplanet tv.

Last Day to Register!!!!!!!

We will be around the course and can except cash for all those procrastinators and peeps with out credit cards.

We will be repairing the Tee pads on holes 6 and 16 so please be mindful and stay off the fresh concrete till Saturday, Just use the area in front please, thanks

I have plenty of the CFR buzzz's for sale at $25 each. All the proceeds go to the course. This is the first disc in a series we will do for all our courses so that we all can help and have a awesome collection showcasing our courses. There are currently at the Nati Pro shop for purchase.

Not to late to be a Tee sponsor for the tournament also at $50 each, just let myself or Andrew know asap so Tony can get them printed up by Friday.

Still have some more mulch and stuff to take care of on the course, call myself or Andrew for details please.

We are looking for Coolers to have bottled water supplied around the course, Holla if you have one to help.

I need someone with Skype access or would be able to do live scoring updates and such.

I am still waiting for the updates emails to upload the info but I have good news for the rest of you Amateur players.
Per Chuck Kennedy we can allow all listed Amateur divisions to register the day of with cash until we fill at 90. They may still receive a players pack valued at $15 for all those not in the first 40 to register. We will be at the Nati Pro shop on Friday from 4:30 till 7:00 to accept cash registrations and early check ins, players packs will be available.

I will be on the course most of the day and can still use any help we can get.

Just a heads up if anyone's going to be doing some course work or playing today -- there's a DUI checkpoint at Colerain and Blue Spruce starting at 9:00 pm tonight. So if you like to have a few beers while you play or work, you've been warned.
