Week two at Belmont was a small gathering but a throwdown none the less. Check out the photo finish for CTP sudden death on facebook and just friend me, username = brian hughes. All tied up going into the last hole, everyone shot a clean 3! CTP hole one and yet again congrats to dan and bz for taking it home this week by about a foot or so :p join us at boone this weekend if you would!

Nice breeze for week three, BZ is on a roll with his third "W" with the joker status, Doug and I took second four strokes away with down six, and Pete + Dan combo took third with three down. No aces hit and the points race for the trophy and player pack continues...........

Woodland was sloppy but we played 36 holes none the less. Rick and I shot a 14 down to seal the deal, bz and doug took second, and pete with dan combo shooting third. Ace pot is back up and the points race is very close!

The brutal winds of turtle creek were kind this sunday, John showed up and paired up with doug (been on a streak!) to take it home this week. I drew joker and squeezed in the second place slot, while pete and dan took third. No aces were hit, and thanks to john we had a very informative and enjoyable learning experience. The points race has swung, I have 13 points for the lead, BZ has 12 (gotta show up to win :p ) and just about everyone else is only a few points behind, THE SUSPENSE!!!

Williamsburg was a tough 36, only four of us and dan and I took the W with doug and steve taking second. It was mild weather and the wind was forgiving. Every single player had some amazing shots, scores were par and over six. Monroe next week fella's, looks like drunksten is going to show up! Hoping to see a better turn out this week due to location.

Monroe was our best turnout yet with nine players. I snagged the joker again and took third place shooting over one, Bo-Randon and Pete shot three over, Bz and Doug got no love from the tree's and shot five over, Pauly and Dusting showed up this week getting the second place with one under par, And last but not least Mike (appearing randomly from the sky) Dan shot an amazing five under par to absolutely crush the rest of the field. Thanks again to Dustin for the three racks of killer ribs and bbq sauce! Airy is next week, put the pro pants on!!!

Mt. Airy is always a challenge but this week it was more fun than anything. Nine players including a couple cannons put it out there and we had a three way tie at 56 strokes. All said and done Doug and Donavon took the "W" on some very exciting playoff holes. I believe four or five were played. See you next week at gullley!

Jolly was cancelled, I was not able to show up personally due to a golf related injury (partly my pride.....) but things are back on for this week and we all look forward to harbin on sunday. Friday will be good practice fella's! It will be Bo-Randon's birthday and I do believe we will be at Idlewild for that. Want times? Post your questions, I know Mike is not the only one who can type.

The three of use that showed played singles for five dollars. It was Mad Mike, Matt? and Myself. It was a little windy but not CCS windy all and all a good day for golf on the lake.

Wish I could have made it, one of the courses this year I really wanted to hit. This week should be a great turnout at harbin, I will be there for sure and I am guessing at least a solid 8 people. The more "A" players the better!

Also thinking of extending the league for a week to hit Oxford. We will squeeze this in if I can get a couple people interested. Before or after Idlewild? Up to you fella's!

Hopefully the "A" players will be at the Devou CCS the B players should come to get a chance to play a temp course in one of the citys nicest parks. The cost is a little higher but if the turnout is good and we get a permanent course there it will be well worth it.

Forgot all about that. This is something I definitely wanted to check out and you can count me in. I will rally the rest of the group and try to support this event with at least a couple more rec players. Would love to see another permanent course for us to enjoy. Dozzer, who are you anyhow?
