We are creating a caddy book to which sponsorships will be done for each hole/page for $20-$40 per hole. Need lots of help, give Dan a buzz if you can contribute in any way, thanks.

Yes, we will either be doing the Caddy Book with Hole Sponsors or tee signs for Hole Sponsors. Individual Hole Sponsors are $20 - limit two names per hole; business Hole Sponsors are $40. This is a very inexpensive way to get your name out there and help support the tournament. We appreciate all your help in advance. Just contact me if you're interested.

We could also use some help with Water, water coolers, spotters for a few holes, course prep and clean up, and more. Donations for the Ring of Fire: can be left at Disc N Dat shop or with Jeff Eades.

I have one igloo water cooler but will not be there. Can some one take it for me, I can easily leave it at Airy at the Nati shop? I can get it later, was using it for volunteers at the Goshen course and could use it again fo sho. Thanks

I'm in (just registered, finally). Looks like my first Pro Grandmaster event will have quite a field. Thanks for the BGO Dan!

Good question, Dan...where is everyone? I hope they are just hoping it doesn't fill and will be last minute sign ups.

Yes, it's getting down to the wire Pete. No Saturday signups so only one more day to get registered. You and Dave are in jeopardy of having to move up. Probably got those Open players shaking or laughing

I don't know if you're right or not Jeff. But the reason TD's have the early signups/late fee is to encourage people to signup early so the TD has "some" idea of the numbers. Discs, trophies, etc. have to be ordered ahead of time. Since we're a B-tier this year the fees were less. Myself and the rest of the BGO team try to do our best and put on a good event. I hope those who do participate enjoy it.

It is also my first late fee, I waited till the last week to make sure my schedule would work. I have to admit it was a strong deterrent, but I did not want to miss a great event at two great courses. Wish the late fee would have not kicked in till Thursday though... on the other hand, next year I will know to pay better attention to the deadline.

Scores are up Great first day at Lincoln Ridge. Tie for first in Open, 3-way tie for first in Intermediate. Let's see what Idlewild has in store for them tomorrow. We could probably use a few spotters for hole f and 15 if you want to come out and spot.

Let me be the first! Thank you Dan (and Rod, and Tony, and Jeff E, and everyone else who helped out...)for running a really great Bluegrass Open. It was my first, and the physical abuse, er, exercise was well worth the time. I even got my money's worth of shots (unlike you spendthrifts who shoot low scores)! Seriously, great job, great curses (that really was a typo: I meant courses, but I figured I'd leave it), and of course, the template for one of the best tournaments in the area. Thanks all!
