 Arnold Disc Open '18 Junior Championships

An Arnold SportsWorld Kids and Teens Disc Golf singles Event
Presented by the Columbus Flyers Disc Golf Club

Saturday, March 3rd, 2018

At the  Walnut Hill Disc Golf Course, Columbus

2 rounds of 9 holes

This is a temporary set-up course at the same location of the permanent course consisting of Discraft Chainstar Baskets and Fly 18 tee pads.

All PDGA Junior divisions offered.
This is not a PDGA event, but all PDGA rules will apply.

Entry fee: ONLY $25

Friday, March 2

10am- 6pm
Temporary 9 hole course available for practice rounds(Registered Athletes Only)

Saturday, March 3
9-9:30am-Check-in/warm- up
9:45am -players meeting
10:00am-1st round shotgun* start
*(everyone is assigned a hole and tee off at the same time, you will be paired up with same division)

Estimated Time- Lunch- 1 hour after last card turned in
We will have a "Sack lunch" style lunch available for parents and athletes
Ring of Fire- Athletes surround a basket and all throw at the same time. Prizes awarded to those who make it in the basket.

Estimated time- Awards Ceremony

All Juniors will receive a custom stamped disc with event logo.
All competitors receive an Arnold SportsWorld Expo Pass, which allows you access to all areas any events, Friday through Sunday. Wristbands will be available at Friday practice for those who want to attend any Friday Arnold events.

This our first attempt at this Junior event. We would love to have the Cincinnati area, bring some Juniors to represent and have fun. We are attempting to introduce tournament play to the kids and let them be the players and Mom/Dad caddies.
Please consider attending this inaugural event.
