Don, I'll be out there on Sunday. There may still need to be some edge trimming done on 10. If you could bring your grass cutting equipment, that would be great!

Don, I'll probably be there around 10am. I'm going to get a round in first and then start working, so, I'll probably be working around noon.

Fred in France, I have to work overtime all this week, fortunately I scheduled Thursday off. I will get the posts in Thurs morning -- I have just the place in mind that should put the bridge above the creek's flood level. Hopefully you are free Thursday afternoon so we can put in the bridge together. If you want to get a practice round in afterwards and/or MTA -- i've got my/your dollar :)

The Boone County Parks mowed the course yesterday...all but hole #7! The guy on the small Toro tractor told me he was new and didn't know his way around all the holes. I showed him how they usually access #8's fairway from 7's pin area, but he decided to plow through the woods from 9's fairway and then skipped 7. The rest of the holes looked pretty good. Calvin, Ellie and I used a hand weed whip on the woods areas of 7, cut dead trees out of the way and cut vines, but I couldn't dent the 1.5' high grass in the clearing.
Hopefully they'll get a chance to cut 7 before Saturday.

Idlewild will be ready. Will you? A great big thanks to all the adopt a holees that worked their butt off for the tournament. It looks great. The Idlewild karma will be with you all. I'm hoping to get another article in the Disc Golf World News soon. Will keep you posted.

The course looked better than I could have ever imagined. You guys do a great job and I only wish that I could get people around here to have so much respect and to take so much care of the courses that they play. Once again way to go!

Speaking of records, Rob probably knows.. What did Pete and Fred shoot last fall in doubles? It was probably posted but was zapped along with other info when our host relocated us and we lost months of posts. Also, anyone have the date of the doubles?

Nick, I am thinking of using your hole(or mine) for a candy fund raiser disc for the Kentucky States. It needs some cleaning up though. I will try to get some round up for the weeds and more mulch dropped to cover those weeds. If you could clean up behind the basket(hill) it think it would help. I may be able to be out there on Thursday.

The parks mowed #15 & all of the front nine yesterday. They even mowed the top of 5, all of 6 & 7, and even got down 8's fairway! Course is looking great.

Nick, next time I ask them for more mulch, knock me on the head with an Aviar from 50 feet. It took a while but I finished what you started. Good job. I looks great. The dark mulch makes the basket stand out better and will take a better picture.
Any chance you can get a good deal on flowers for the background?
