As of today there is $1034.00 in the ace fund. Provided no one hits an ace tonight. We will throw off for it after the time change and after Saturday doubles in November. I'll post here on the date.

A reminder that the throw off for ace fund money will be Saturday after doubles. There will be approximately $500.00 in the pot. So, come get you some. Saturday doubles will continue till winter hits hard.

We should start collecting $1 per person @ every weekly event mon-fri to go towards a HUGE tourny!...we would get easy $100 a week! What do u all think? Lets work as a team to have the biggest and the best!

Adding cash to tournaments for "PRO" players in this area (where, generally they don't give anything back to the game) is a tough sell, Jeff. Try offering your time for course improvements or lessons to AMs and you may get amore enthusiastic response. Go get some sponsorship money from businesses in the area like a car dealership or something.

Who said anything about PRO's it's for EVERYBODY...U gotta put something into the game to get something in return its up to us not some car dealership...Im just trying to have a bigger tourny for are City to get are name out there. We are one of the city's that could do this becuase of the amt of ppl and courses we have! Then once that happen's then maybe the sponorships will follow bc they'll know.

Time changes this weekend so next Tuesday is the 1st Tuesday Ace fund for 2012. Tee off at 5:30. It is going to be handicapped to keep sandbagging down to a minimum and potentially make for bigger pay outs. $8.00 fee, $5.00 to the pot, $2.00 ace fund and $1.00 to admin fee. Pros play for cash, Ams play for product.

Yes Gary, one division. Amateurs have the option of playing for cash or product (if they want to keep the am status).
