So what have we learned today on the message board?
Soda is bad Beer is good (and somethimes a meal) A tree fell on the ninth tee pad and basket 3 is missing the bottom
What about hot dogs?
I plan on heading out to Highlands tomorrow for a little practice round. What will I need to bring with me to clean up a little? I probably don't got it but I am crafty and might be able to figure something out.

I probably don't got it but I am crafty and might be able to figure something out. bamboo, fertilizer, matches, a strip of cloth, a small tin can, a thin metal rod, a funnel, and a wooden spoon.

Ahh DuctTape...West Virginia crome! The bottom of 3's basket isn't missing. It just allows discs to fall through easy. Some wire coat hangers or cable ties should do the trick. Did someone say ? Sounds like a fine idea. Kap-Gun, bring some of your's over tonight & I'll help you empty those pesky bottles.

How many McGyvers can a World deal with... Someone asked about hot dogs? I must admit I eat one if I must, from time to time, but we shouldn't. From PhD. Mr. Mercola, again... http://www.mercola.com/2002/mar/16/diabetes_risk.htm

26 people raised $300 for the Bluegrass Open today. All 26 cashed too. Interesting format. Dave Cox shot a 75 for 27 holes to take home the #1 tag. Tags are now available at Disc 'n Dat & through me. Weekly tag rounds will start at Mt. Airy on March 15th. More on that later.

I agree. It was a really fun time, weather was great, format super. Pretty neat when the 25th person got the second or third most $. Lunch was great too. Thanks for all your work Nick. Nice job on the Raffle tickets too.

Weekly tag rounds will start Thursday, March 15th at 6pm. We'll be playing Mt. Airy again this year. Cost each week is $3 with all the money going to the 2007 Disc 'n Dat Bluegrass Open. After the tournament the entry fee will go to an end of year shootout tournament. You must have a bag tag to play in the weekly event. Tags cost $10 and are available at Disc 'n Dat. I will also have tags at the course. The money goes to a great cause, so support the Bluegrass Open this year! Mark Perica hosts a 'business meeting' at 5pm at Northside Tavern on Thursdays as well. It's only a 3 minute drive from Northside to Mt. Airy. All are invited to come listen to Mark and his hetero lifemate, Gaehl, swap stories of their misadventures from the previous weekend.

I think I might have the best yet and it's true. The Gaehl and Perica story almost ended last weekend, or so I was told. I need to get confirmation from the Fire Department about parts of this "misadventure" so I will keep my mouth shut until all facts are uncovered.
Little known facts about Bag Tag Thursdays: 1) It never rains on bag tag 2) The Reds never loose

That one's probably top 3. It's right up there with the Barry story and the Colts/Bengals Monday night game.
I think next weekend we'll wear helmets.

10 days to the first Bag Tag Thursday! I can't wait. $3 per week OR $30 for the entire year of Thursdays! This season pass is an effort to raise more money for the Bluegrass Open. Season pass holders will also get a prefered entry to the end of year Bag Tag Shootout. What that exactly means, I'm not sure yet, but ask the Thursday regulars and they'll tell you I hook them up!
