Keep throwing everyday-If you are young (under 12)that's all you need to do. Repeatedly throw in an open field and use an Equalizer advertised on our homepage-used by Ken Climo himself(check his website).

1. Get an Equalizer.
2. Don't skip English class.
3. Throw pink discs.
That should help you... If not, come to the Ace Fund and ask me, Fred, Blakely, or Dave.
Don't you know John Kuhns? He can throw it at least 275 feet - ask him how.

1. Develop a cross step if you do not use one yet, 2. Turn your hips, shoulders, throwing arm, and head well back (during your backswing), 3. Let it fly.
It is best to practice distance in an open field where you can observe the discs' flight and not worry about hitting trees. Also, if you can, get a person to watch and critique your form. Once you have good form your muscles will develop over time and you will soon be throwing farther with more confidence. Give your arm a days rest between field throwing, it is a strenuous work-out. Fred Salaz is a great throwing form critic.

Along with what Bob said, stretching before hand will help to prevent pulled muscles and being sore the next day. Also, getting an equalizer from Fred will help strengthen muscles and create good form.
