A message posted from Brian Graham on 9/11. Summary. The Turbo Putt will be PDGA legal thru 2008.  It will be withdrawn at that point.

I think this is ridiculous! If it is approved, let it be approved. How are we going to push the sport to new heights if we don't have someone willing to design new and exciting products. The Turbo Putt is weird but it is cool that someone is taking the time to think outside the box and create something new. The PDGA is dropping the ball on this one and letting the the big boy's of the sport dictate what they should and should not do. I am sure innova and discraft are mad as hell they didn't think of this first. Let's pose the question. If discraft or innova designed this disc would there be the controversy surrounding this disc? If it had their name on it I bet everyone would think it is cool.
