Matt, I have all the scoreboards. Contact me and we can work something out. I'm not sure if I can make it yet or not. Good play this weekend. You just ran into a super round by Avery. Not too shabby to come in second to him anytime and with that kind of round especially.

So, I just noticed that the Williamsburg CC is scheduled the same as the home opener for the Bengals....

Not to worry Liz, they're not going to be that good this year, without Chad and Henry:

I'm a fan as well but just not a die hard. I've seen too many games where you want to be out playing but "they" are on tv and I end up watching "them" and when it's over "I" should have went and played a round of disc golf. Especially on a nice fall day.

There are 365 days in a year...about half of them are nice. There are only 16 Sundays of the NFL season (plus playoffs)...these Sundays have mornings too. Everyone trashing them now will be selling out the merchandise and 'lifelong fans' the minute they show some prowess.

Yeah, go Lions! That was my experience for years-greatest running back of all time twice(Sims/Sanders) and you still can't get it done. Now, don't you feel better about being a Bengals fan. Bye Chad-good riddance. BTW in Ann Arbor we got Kirk Gibson out to play a promotional round at Hudson Mills from the original course longs. It was his first time throwing and he threw under par. Maybe, we could get a Bengal or Red out to play a CCS for publicity towards worlds 2010. Anyone with connections out there?

Ok we have the Gulley Course challenge this Saturday 5-24-08. This will be my first tournament/event I have run for the club so I am pretty stoked about it. Please come out and support the club and mostly have some fun. The weather is supposed to be nice and also Adam Jones will be running a distance/accuracy contest in between rounds and after the 2nd round to help raise money for the Pig this August. Hope to see you all there!

I'll be selling hamburgers and turkey burgers, gatorade, water, and some soda (if there is another veggie treat better than turkey, PM me) at Gulley for lunch. All proceeds goes to the Flying Pig 2008.
It'll be $6 for burger + toppings, chips, cookies, and one drink. I'll sell adhoc too...

Yeah, well. You'd have to drive all the way back to Lebanon to get any food so I thought that I could save everyone a drive and provide lunch.

ad hoc or ala cart? I'll take either.
Let's see... Burger ala cart is sold by itself without bundling of chips and a drink....good idea.
ad hoc is a custom made burger to my satisfaction that is unique and put together suddenly to meet my personal satisfaction...great idea :)

O..and how many burgers are you planning on cooking? I ask because I once saw Dan make a cook cry at a Hardees in Evansville, IN. I've never seen a skinny guy eat sooooo friggin much. It was like a camel filling up for a long journey across the desert. :)

Isn't that like asking an alcoholic if he brought any boose to the party?

I will have the GCFDA polo shirts on Saturday as well, if anyone is still interested in buying one - they are $15 each (+$1.25 for XXL and + $2.50 for XXXL). Should be a nice day!
