hey do you guys know about basket 16 at harbin? was just there to check out the course today and the basket, (and cement) was completely dislodged from the ground and just sitting there. perhaps this is old news, but i thought id let you know if you didnt already. seems like it would be the perfect opportunity to make that hole better, tuck the basket behind one of those trees on either side and make one hole on that course more interesting.

it looks like it could use at least a temporary fix if not more for the pig, if someone leans on it to bend over and pick up a disc itll fall over. just dig a new hole 40 feet to the right and set it in.

I don't think the park would allow you to move it. Certainly not without permission. I think there is a running track 40 to the right as well.

Ill be at Harbin Tonight to fix the problem on hole 16, if it hasnt already been fixed. Ill dig another hole if i have to right next to the old hole, or if the old hole can be fixed i will set it back in the old hole and put a bunch of dirt on top to pack it down. It shouldnt be to much work if the cement is still on the bottom of the pole...

I have a quick question. Are all the divisions starting at Mt. Airy on saturday for 2 18 holes. And then on Sunday: one 18, and a final 9 if you make it. (open and adavnced) Or are the intermediate and rec players playing at HArbin on saturday and Airy on sunday?

Brad, I just now saw that it is "mandatory" to check in on Friday evening at Mt. Airy. Is that correct?

Hello, I just wanted to update everyone that all players in the tournament on Saturday will be getting a 10% off discount card for the Wendy's on North Bend which we frequent anyhow. They were nice enough to help me out with this as I know it is hard to get food in the area at times. You will have card to show them when you go there at lunch or dinner on Saturday.

Also FYI, Hank emailed Jim Bell Park Director with details of glow event for Saturday September 6 at Harbin Park and we will post confirmation early next week. We look forward to a good turn out. If event is approved, pre sign ups will be mandatory to expedite event that evening. More details to come....
