I like this to be on a week night, Wednesday works well in my schedule. I wouldn't mind a weekend every once in a while but definitely not every Sunday.
How busy is that park on Sunday's if you are going to bring a big group in every weekend?

Hey guys. I'm pretty new to disc golf. Just started playing in July 08. I played in the deuce or die, several CCS tounrys, and the Harbin Rat, but I'd like to get out and play more with Cincy golfers during the week. I'm at college right now so I won't be back until first week of May. I would really like to play in this since Monroe is close by me and one of my favorite courses.

Thanks Mike K Mike is right I do have family commitments on Sundays and besides that it is a Tournament Day alot so that is PROBABLY out. I could do it on Sundays after 4 if thats what the people want? But keep in mind what Kelly said the park can be extremely busy on weekends. Any other day thru the week??? What happen Thursday nites at Turtlecreek? Is that gonna start up?
If you havent visited Monroe in a while they have put down mulch and gravel this week and have cut down dead trees and cleared areas making the course more eye pleasing but also making some holes a little easier.

yes, turtle creek is starting back up..next week actually. I'll be running it for a few weeks in place of Dan, and so I won't have any plastic for adv divisions. It'll just be open, playin for cash and the of course the ace fund, which is rolld over from last year. Itll start at 5 30. hope to see you there.

Random Draw doubles, one pool only, there was 9 or 10 teams out there last week, all levels of ability were represented, it is a good time! Ken may add more but that should cover the basics.

This week, May 13th, doubles at the Monroe park as usual. Check in by 5:45 so we can do a shotgun start at 6pm.
We are planning to move play on Wednesday, May 20th to the Turtlecreek Course as an additional warm-up chance for the Turtlecreek Open which is coming there on the 23rd. Standard random draw doubles, $6 ($1 for ace fund and $5 to payout).
See you at Monroe this Wednesday!

Reminder: On 5/20/2009, the Wednesday Doubles at Monroe is going to take place at Turtlecreek. Ken is going to post a reminder on the bulletin board at Monroe Park in case some one shows up at the wrong place.
See you at Turtlecreek!

Are we on for tonight? I have a feeling the answer is yes but i would understand if you wanted to protect the usual mud pit fairways.

Turn out varies based on the weather, low turnout is usually like a dozen and good turnout is around 25 or so.
Unless the weather gets crazy, tonight should be on as usual, 5:45 check-in, 6 pm start.
It is a fun, laid back event, Ken runs it and everyone is welcome.
See you tonight. Kelly

Is it still 6 bucks to play, just checking because I normally don't carry cash and all.
