Let me start by saying that I love my Revo bag... But how do you run a business where an order was placed a month ago, an email sent with your receipt... but no update on where it is, etc? I submitted an order on 6/16, and have not received my products or an email stating a shipping date. The same thing happened when I ordered my Revo bag. What a horrible biz model... not to communicate with your customers.
This drives me nuts. I would recommend their products, but only if you can go somewhere and buy them (which is mostly at tournies). I bet Phenix wouldn't be this bad...
